These Terms govern access to and use of the website operated by LEVERAGE TRADING DİŞ TİCARET İTHALAT İHRACAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (Leverage Trading A.Ş.). By submitting an RFQ or using this website, you acknowledge these Terms.
1. B2B Audience Only
This website is directed exclusively to institutional and commercial counterparties. It is not a consumer storefront and does not solicit retail or sub-MOQ spot purchases.
2. Non-Binding Invitation to Treat (Davete İcap)
All product information, specification matrices, indicative parameters, and any quotation issued in response to an RFQ constitute a non-binding invitation to treat (davete icap) and do not create a binding offer, sale, or supply obligation unless and until a written contract is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.
3. Specifications
All technical parameters represent typical refinery nominal ranges (ASTM D5/D36/D92, EN 12591, IS 73). Quality and quantity determinations are strictly governed by the independent Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas at the loading port.
Note: Specification ranges shown are typical refinery target values (ASTM D5/D36/D92). Final commercial settlement is based exclusively on the load port Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by SGS, Intertek, or Bureau Veritas.
4. Incoterms
Commercial terms (FOB, CIF, CFR) are strictly governed by ICC Incoterms 2020. Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon cargo loading across the vessel manifold.
5. Confidentiality / NDA
Receiving Party agrees to maintain strict confidentiality over all non-public technical data, target pricing, origin details, and shipping schedules disclosed by Leverage Trading A.Ş. Effective for 3 years from submission.
RFQ submission with click-wrap acceptance records NDA assent, timestamp, and IP address for execution compliance under UNCITRAL principles and Turkish Commercial Law.
6. No Warranty
Website content is provided for general commercial information. Leverage Trading A.Ş. does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that published ranges will match any particular cargo without independent load-port inspection.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where none apply to B2B counterparties.
