Privacy Policy (KVKK & GDPR)

This notice describes how Leverage Trading A.Ş. (LEVERAGE TRADING DİŞ TİCARET İTHALAT İHRACAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ) processes personal data in connection with this website and B2B RFQ submissions, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

Although we operate globally and align voluntarily with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as a company headquartered in Turkey, data processing is additionally governed by the Turkish Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Data Processed

We may process company name, corporate email, product grade preference, packaging preference, target volume, country of destination, discharge port, preferred Incoterm, and GTC/Privacy Policy acceptance metadata submitted via the RFQ form.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

Processing is limited to responding to commercial inquiries, preparing non-binding quotations, maintaining confidentiality attestation records, and complying with legal obligations. Legal bases include performance of pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request, legitimate interests in B2B trading operations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and explicit consent where required for click-wrap NDA records.

4. Retention

RFQ and NDA attestation records are retained only as long as necessary for the commercial and legal purposes described above, or as required by applicable statute of limitations.

5. Transfers

Data may be processed in Turkey and, where required for logistics counterparties or inspection agencies, transferred under appropriate safeguards.

6. Your Rights

Under KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability, and lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or a competent EU supervisory authority.
