This notice describes how Leverage Trading A.Ş. (LEVERAGE TRADING DİŞ TİCARET İTHALAT İHRACAT ANONİM ŞİRKETİ) processes personal data in connection with this website and B2B RFQ submissions, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

We may process company name, country of destination, contact person, corporate email, product grade preference, target volume, port, preferred Incoterm, and click-wrap NDA attestation metadata (acceptance status, timestamp, and IP address) submitted via the RFQ form.

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

Processing is limited to responding to commercial inquiries, preparing non-binding quotations, maintaining confidentiality attestation records, and complying with legal obligations. Legal bases include performance of pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request, legitimate interests in B2B trading operations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and explicit consent where required for click-wrap NDA records.

4. Retention

RFQ and NDA attestation records are retained only as long as necessary for the commercial and legal purposes described above, or as required by applicable statute of limitations.

Data may be processed in Turkey and, where required for logistics counterparties or inspection agencies, transferred under appropriate safeguards.
